These Official Rules apply to every prize competition run by Luny, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By entering a competition you agree to these rules.
1. Promoter
The promoter of every competition is Luny, Australia. You can contact the promoter through our contact page.
2. Apple and Google are not sponsors
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in any way with, any Luny competition. Apple and Google do not run, endorse or administer these competitions and are not responsible for any prize. Questions or complaints about a competition must be directed to the promoter, not to Apple or Google.
3. Current competition
- Prize: RAM1500
- Opens: 3 October 2026, 3:23 AM AEST/AEDT
- Closes and is drawn: 6 November 2026, 8:30 PM AEST/AEDT
Full prize details, including any cash alternative, are shown on the competition page.
4. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. We may ask any entrant or winner to verify their identity, age and residency, and may withhold a prize until verification is complete.
5. How entries work
- Entries are credited to your Luny account, for example as part of a Luny membership. Your current entries are shown in your dashboard.
- Entries apply to the competition that is open when they are credited and are included only if credited before that competition closes.
- Entries have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred to another person or account.
- Entries created by automated means, multiple accounts or any other breach of our Terms and Conditions are invalid.
6. How the winner is chosen
Each competition is decided by a random draw from all valid entries, held at or shortly after the closing time shown for that competition. Every valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn, so an entrant with more entries has a proportionally higher chance of winning. Skill plays no part in the result.
7. Winner notification and prize
We contact the winner using the email address and phone number on their Luny account, so please keep them up to date. The winner's first name and suburb may be published on our website and social media channels. Where a prize has a cash alternative, the winner may choose either option. Prizes are not transferable unless we agree in writing. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not meet these rules, or does not claim the prize, the prize may be redrawn in line with the laws that apply to the competition.
8. Your information
We use entrants' details to run the competition, contact winners and meet our legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and cancellation
If a competition cannot run as planned for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any direction from a relevant state gaming authority. Nothing in these rules limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
